Before the Event

You may receive reminders and marketing messages prior to the event. You may opt-out of receiving these pre-event marketing messages at any time by unsubscribing from our email list.

During the Event

We will not display your personal information at any time prior to BioConference Live. During BioConference Live, you will have control over what personal information is displayed to other users based on your personal preferences.

During BioConference Live, sponsors of the booths you visit will receive your registration information so that they may contact you at a future time. Additionally, third party advertisers may sponsor booths and/or keynote presentations. Registration information may be passed onto these third party advertisers when a user visits these sponsored areas so that they may contact you in the future. If you tell us to stop doing this, we will stop.

We will use the information you provide to personalize your experience. We will contact you from time to time via email and we will use your email address for security reasons to confirm that you are who you say you are. You can control the types and frequencies of certain emails you receive.

BioConference Live offers chats and message boards. Please be advised that information posted in these venues may become public knowledge.

After the Event
